Everything in Settings, at a glance

The Settings tab is command central for how bookings behave. Here’s what each area controls, with links to the full guides.

Booking Rules

  • Same-day booking, minimum notice, booking window — which slots clients are offered. See Booking rules.
  • Default appointment location — pre-selected when you add appointments manually.
  • Mobile services — travel to clients, with a service range and travel fee. See Offering mobile services.

Notifications

Client SMS reminders and their timing. See Appointment reminders.

Payments tracking

Auto-mark paid takes bookkeeping off your plate — completed appointments are marked paid automatically, keeping your earnings dashboard accurate. Prefer to confirm each one? Leave it off and mark appointments paid from the Calendar.

Account basics

Your sign-in email and timezone live in Settings; your business name and public details are edited under Business info.
