Canceling your subscription or deleting your account

Two very different buttons

Scheduley keeps these separate on purpose, so choose the one that matches what you want:

  • Cancel your subscription — you stop paying, but your account and every bit of your data stay put. Come back whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off.
  • Delete your account — everything is permanently removed, including your sign-in. This cannot be undone.

Canceling your subscription

Go to Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the cancellation itself happens in the store — the manage button takes you to the right place. Your clients, appointments, services, and sites all stay saved.

Deleting your account

At the bottom of Settings, open Delete account. It’s fully self-serve — no support ticket, no waiting period. Before you confirm, the flow shows you:

  • How many upcoming bookings you have — deleting cancels them without notifying your clients, so reach out to them first
  • A reminder to cancel a store-billed subscription first — deleting your account doesn’t stop App Store or Google Play billing
  • A reminder to export anything you want to keep, like your client list

Type DELETE to confirm and it happens immediately: your services, appointments, clients, team, sites, and call history are permanently removed; your booking page and website go offline; your Scheduley phone number is released; and your sign-in is deleted. The same email can always sign up fresh later — starting from zero.

Not sure? Cancel instead of deleting. Your data waits for you, and there’s nothing to rebuild if you return.
