Booking rules: notice, windows, and same-day bookings

Your calendar, your rules

Booking rules shape which time slots clients are offered — on your booking page, your website, and through your AI Front Desk. All of them live under Settings → Booking Rules.

Same-day booking

Choose whether clients can grab a slot today. Great for filling gaps — switch it off if you prefer a heads-up before anyone lands on today’s calendar.

Minimum notice

Require a lead time before any appointment — for example, at least 2 hours. Slots inside the notice window simply aren’t offered.

Booking window

How far into the future clients can book, in days. A tighter window keeps your calendar flexible; a longer one lets regulars plan ahead.

Default appointment location

Pick the location type pre-selected when you add appointments manually from the Calendar — at your business, phone, or video.

They apply everywhere, instantly

Change a rule and every channel updates together: the booking page stops offering the slots, and your AI Front Desk follows the same rules on its very next call.
