Reviews from real appointments
Every review on your Scheduley site comes from a real appointment on your calendar — verified by booking. You choose who to ask and you approve every review before it appears.
Send a review invite
- Open the website builder under Online Booking and find the Reviews card
- Pick a recent past appointment
- Click Send review invite — the client gets a friendly text with a personal review link, sent from your Scheduley number
You can also copy the review link and share it yourself — by email, or in person.
What the client sees
The link opens a simple page with your business name and their appointment. They pick a star rating, write a few words, and submit — no account, no app, done in under a minute. Each link works for one review.
You approve what goes live
New reviews arrive as pending in the Reviews card. Approve the ones you want on your site; hide any you don’t. You can change your mind anytime — hiding a published review takes it off your site immediately.
Where reviews appear
Approved reviews show in the reviews section of your published website, along with your average rating. Until your first reviews come in, you can also show your Google rating — see Showing your Google rating.
