A well-timed reminder keeps your day running smoothly — clients show up ready, and your calendar holds.
Turn on client reminders
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable “Text clients a reminder before their appointment”. Reminders are sent from your Scheduley number automatically.
Pick the timing
Choose how far in advance the reminder goes out — an hour before works well for most businesses; day-before suits longer appointments.
Easy for clients to act on
Reminder texts include the service, time, and staff member. If plans changed, clients reply C to cancel or R to reschedule and your calendar updates on its own — often freeing the slot in time to fill it.
Customize the wording
Edit the reminder template under Agent → SMS Auto-Replies to match your voice.
