What is Scheduley?

Scheduley is a complete AI Front Desk for local businesses. It answers your calls, texts, and Instagram & Facebook DMs 24/7, answers customer questions, and books appointments straight into your real calendar — plus it runs your booking website and collects reviews from real appointments. What can it actually do on a call?

It greets callers with your custom greeting, answers questions from your real services, prices, hours, and policies, and books, reschedules, or cancels appointments against your live availability while the caller is on the line. When someone asks for a person, it transfers the call to your phone — and if you’re unavailable, it takes a message. After every call you get a text summary, and the client gets a confirmation text.

What does it sound like?

Natural and conversational — callers can interrupt, ask follow-up questions, and change their mind mid-call. You choose from 20 voices, including American, British, and Spanish-speaking options, and you can hear samples right on our homepage or in the dashboard before you pick.

Do I have to let it answer every call?

No — you choose the routing. The AI can answer everything, ring your phone first and step in when you’re busy, or cover after hours only. Many businesses start with after-hours and overflow coverage, then expand once they hear it in action.

How do I know what happened on each call?

You get a text summary after every call — who called and what they needed — plus a notification in your dashboard. Full call history and transcripts live in the app.

Setup & your phone number

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are live in under 10 minutes. Pick a number, choose a voice, review the greeting, and place a test call — your services, prices, hours, and team sync in automatically from your dashboard.

Do I get a phone number?

Yes. During setup you pick a local US phone number — you can even choose the area code. Give it out directly, or forward your existing business line to it so customers keep dialing the number they already know.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes — forward your existing line to your Scheduley number and nothing changes for your customers. They dial the same number they always have; the AI simply picks up.

What countries does it support?

Scheduley is built for US businesses today — your AI receptionist answers on a local US phone number. If you’re based elsewhere and interested, reach out through our contact page and we’ll let you know as we expand.

Does it stay up to date when my business changes?

Automatically. Whenever you update your services, prices, hours, team, FAQs, or policies in the dashboard, both the voice agent and the texting agent re-learn immediately — add an FAQ now and the agent uses it on the very next call.

Which calendars does it work with?

Scheduley has its own smart calendar and syncs with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Bookings from calls, texts, DMs, and your booking website all land on the same calendar, so your schedule stays accurate everywhere.

What does Scheduley integrate with?

How much does it cost?

Starter is $29/mo with up to 100 minutes of AI phone time. Pro is $79/mo with up to 300 minutes, and Business is $149/mo with up to 800 minutes. Every plan includes booking by call or text, live call transfer, call summaries, calendar sync, and your booking page. All plans start with a 7-day free trial.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade as your call volume changes, and cancel whenever you like — no contracts.

What if I need more than 800 minutes?

Contact us — we’ll walk through high-volume pricing, custom setups, and custom contracts for busier offices and multi-location businesses.

Security & privacy

Is Scheduley HIPAA compliant?

Not yet certified end-to-end — but we’re getting there. Voice calls run on Retell AI, HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, so the foundation is already in place. If your practice needs HIPAA support and a BAA today, contact us and we’ll walk through it together.

Is Scheduley secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit, calls are processed on SOC 2 Type II certified voice infrastructure, and payments are handled by the App Store, Google Play, or our secure web checkout — card details never touch our servers. Your business and client data belongs to you and is never sold.
