Reading your Reports
The Reports tab is your business at a glance: what you’ve earned, what’s booked, and how your AI agent and website are pulling their weight. Here’s what each number actually counts — so when something looks off, you know where to look.
Revenue & Appointments
- Revenue today — the value of today’s appointments marked Paid.
- Booked this week — the value of everything on this week’s calendar, paid or not. Think of it as committed revenue.
- Revenue chart — paid appointments over time, with a Today marker. Switch periods with the 7D / 30D / 90D pills.
- Appointments chart — booking volume over the same periods, so you can tell a slow week from a discount-heavy one.
- Recent Bookings — the latest appointments as they land, whoever booked them (agent, booking page, or you).
Where revenue comes from
Revenue follows the Paid toggle on each appointment. By default, Settings → Payments has “Automatically mark past appointments as paid” switched on — appointments count as paid once their time passes, and you un-mark the ones that didn’t pay (that sticks). Prefer to be explicit? Switch it off and mark each appointment paid yourself from the calendar. Either way, service prices come from your Service Catalog — and in Jobs & Field Service mode, itemized estimates & invoices set the value per job.
AI Agent & Site
The second tab covers the front desk: calls answered, average call duration, texts handled, and booking-page traffic. Pair it with your calls inbox when you want to hear the calls behind the numbers.
A common surprise: Revenue today reading $0 while the calendar is full usually just means nothing’s marked paid yet — check the auto-mark setting under Settings → Payments.
