Who can do what on your team
Under Team, each person you add is a bookable staff member: they get a column on your calendar, can be assigned services and hours, and can appear on your website. Their role field is a job title (Stylist, Tech, Colorist) — not a login permission.

Staff logins and permission levels
Separate logins for stylists or techs (for example Admin / Editor / Viewer access) aren’t built into Scheduley yet. If you need that for your shop, contact us or tap Chat with us in the help center — tell us how many people need access and what they should be able to change, and we’ll help you find the right setup.
