Your client list (and blocking problem callers)

Your client list

Every booking builds your client list automatically — whether it came from a call, a text, or your booking page. Open Clients in the sidebar to see everyone, their visit history, and their contact info. No manual data entry: your AI captures the name and number on the call, and online bookings file themselves.

Clients — client list

What’s on a client

  • Visit history — every appointment, which service, and when they last came in. This history powers win-back nudges and lets your agent greet returning callers by name.
  • Contact info — the number confirmations, reminders, and review invites go to.
  • The block shield — the control on the right of each row, for the rare caller you’re done with.

Blocking a client

Chronic no-shows, abusive callers, pranksters — every business eventually has one. Tap the shield on their row to block them. Here’s exactly what changes:

  • Calls: your agent politely says it can’t assist on this line and ends the call — it won’t book, cancel, or answer questions for them.
  • Texts: messages from their number are ignored entirely; no reply is sent.
  • Automations: they’re excluded from reminders, review invites, and win-back nudges.

Blocking is instant and fully reversible — tap the shield again to unblock, and calls, texts, and booking work again immediately. Their history stays intact either way.

Blocking is for people, not policy. If your problem is late cancellations in general, a cancellation window does it more gracefully — see Cancellations, no-shows & deposits.
