Where it happens
Not every appointment happens at a front desk. Each service in Scheduley has a “Where it happens” setting, and the booking flow, confirmations, and your AI Front Desk all adapt to it automatically.
The four location types
- At your business — the classic: clients come to you. Your address shows on the booking page.
- At the client’s location — you travel to them. Clients enter their address when booking. This option appears once you turn on Mobile services — see Offering mobile services.
- Phone call — the appointment happens over the phone, no address needed.
- Video call (Google Meet) — a Google Meet link is created and texted to the client automatically after booking. See Video and phone appointments.
Setting it per service
Edit any service under Business info and pick the location type. You can mix freely — an in-studio haircut, a mobile styling visit, and a video consultation can all live on the same booking page.
Default location for manual appointments
When you add appointments yourself from the Calendar, Scheduley pre-selects the default appointment location you set under Settings → Booking Rules.
Your AI knows too
The AI Front Desk mentions where each service happens when talking to callers — including travel fees for mobile visits and that video-call clients get a Meet link by text.
