The manage link: clients handle their own changes

One link, zero phone tag

Every appointment gets its own private manage link, included automatically in the confirmation and reminder texts. No login, no app: the link is the key, and it only opens that one appointment.

What clients can do there

  • See the details: service, time (arrival-window aware), who’s coming, where, and any job notes
  • Reschedule themselves: they pick from your real open slots, computed by the same engine as your booking page, so buffers, shifts, and travel padding all apply
  • Cancel: with a confirmation step, and only within your policy
  • Approve quotes and view invoices: itemized, letterhead-style, printable. On a job, the document carries the job name and number up top and each line item shows the visit date it covers, so a multi-visit job reads clearly. If the quote has a good-until date that’s passed, the page asks them to call for a fresh quote instead of locking in an old price. See Quotes & invoices

Your rules still rule

Inside your cancellation window, the cancel and reschedule buttons lock with a friendly note (“changes need 24 hours’ notice; call us”). Every change a client makes notifies you instantly, updates the calendar live, texts them a fresh confirmation, and lets the assigned team member know.

Why it wins you time

“Can we move Thursday to Friday?” is the most common text a service business gets. Now it answers itself, correctly and inside your rules, without you touching your phone.
