Every appointment gets its own private manage link, included automatically in the confirmation and reminder texts. No login, no app — the link is the key, and it only opens that one appointment.

What clients can do there

  • See the details — service, time (arrival-window aware), who’s coming, where, and any job notes
  • Reschedule themselves — they pick from your real open slots, computed by the same engine as your booking page, so buffers, shifts, and travel padding all apply
  • Cancel — with a confirmation step, and only within your policy

Your rules still rule
