Most hiccups are a setting or a publish step. Work through the checks below; if you’re still stuck, we’re one message away.
AI agent isn’t answering calls
- Open Agent and confirm the status says Agent Live (not Off or Not provisioned)
- Check Answering Hours — if you set Business hours or Custom, the agent won’t pick up outside that window
- Call the Scheduley number shown in Agent (not only your old personal line), or use Test Call
- If you use “You answer first, AI as backup,” confirm conditional call forwarding is set with your carrier

Booking link is broken or shows the wrong page
- Go to Online Booking and check you’re Published (not just previewing)
- Use Copy from the Live strip so you’re sharing the current URL
- If you changed the business slug or unpublished by mistake, publish again and re-copy the link

Calendar sync conflicts or double-bookings
- Confirm the calendar is still Connected under Integrations
- Disconnect and reconnect if events stopped blocking availability
- Remember: Business Hours and team hours also control what clients can book
