One calendar, everywhere
Calendar sync keeps Scheduley aligned with the calendars you already use, so a busy block anywhere means the slot isn’t offered anywhere.
Connect a calendar
- Go to Integrations in your dashboard
- Choose Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Calendly
- Click Connect and sign in to grant access

What syncing does
- Scheduley appointments appear on your connected calendar
- Events on your connected calendar block those times on your booking page and for your AI Front Desk
- Team members can connect their own calendars, so each person’s availability stays accurate
