Book it once, keep it forever
Some clients aren’t appointments — they’re rhythms. Weekly mowing, biweekly house cleaning, a standing Thursday blowout. Scheduley books the rhythm once and keeps it going.
Set it up
When adding an appointment, set Repeats to every week, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. That’s it — same time, same team member, same service, same location.
How the series behaves
- The next visit books itself automatically as each one passes — your calendar always shows the upcoming occurrence without filling up a year ahead
- Each visit gets the normal reminder text and its own manage link
- Each visit is independent — move or cancel one without touching the rhythm
Ending a series
Two ways, both obvious: cancel the upcoming visit, or open it and tap End repeat. Either stops future generation — past visits stay on the books.
Why it matters
A client on a standing schedule never lapses, never needs rebooking, and never shops around. It’s the steadiest revenue a service business has — now it runs itself.
