Consultations, follow-ups, and coaching sessions don’t always need a visit. Scheduley supports video and phone appointments as first-class service types.
Video calls with Google Meet
Set a service’s “Where it happens” to Video call (Google Meet). When a client books it:
- A Google Meet link is created for the appointment automatically
- The link is texted to the client along with their confirmation
- The link is saved on the appointment in your Calendar, so you join from the same place

Phone appointments
Set “Where it happens” to Phone call for appointments you’ll handle by phone. No address is collected — the confirmation makes clear you’ll connect by phone at the booked time.
Booking works the same everywhere
Video and phone services appear on your booking page and website like any other service, and your AI Front Desk can book them over the phone too — it tells video-call clients to expect a Meet link by text.
