Languages your AI speaks

16 languages, one agent

Your AI Front Desk speaks these languages — on real calls, with real bookings, prices, and policies, not canned phrases:

  • 🇺🇸 English  ·  🇲🇽 Spanish (Latin American)  ·  🇫🇷 French  ·  🇩🇪 German
  • 🇧🇷 Portuguese (Brazilian)  ·  🇮🇹 Italian  ·  🇮🇳 Hindi  ·  🇷🇺 Russian
  • 🇯🇵 Japanese  ·  🇨🇳 Mandarin Chinese  ·  🇰🇷 Korean  ·  🇳🇱 Dutch
  • 🇵🇱 Polish  ·  🇻🇳 Vietnamese  ·  🇹🇷 Turkish  ·  🇸🇦 Arabic

Your default language

Under Agent → Agent Voice, the Default language dropdown sets the language your agent speaks unless the caller uses another one. English is the default, but any of the 16 can be your primary — a Spanish-first salon or a French-first spa works exactly the same way. Write your greeting in your default language; everything else the agent says flows from your real services, hours, and policies.

Agent Voice — default language & multi-language

Multi-language support

Turn on Multi-language support and pick the other languages your callers use. From the very first words of the call, the agent detects which enabled language the caller is speaking and continues the entire conversation fluently in it — answering questions, quoting prices, and booking the appointment. Callers who speak your default language notice nothing at all; everyone else gets served like you hired a bilingual receptionist.

A few useful details:

  • Your default stays the anchor — the agent greets in your default language and switches only when the caller speaks another enabled one.
  • Pick just what you need — enable the languages your callers actually use; a shorter list keeps speech recognition sharpest.
  • Save to apply — changes go live on the very next call.

Voices and accents

Voices keep their natural accent in every language — a voice with a Spanish accent speaks beautiful Spanish and English with that same accent. For a native sound in your default language, pick a voice whose accent matches it; the dashboard nudges you with a hint under the voice picker when there’s a better fit.

Multi-language works on phone calls today. Setup lives under Agent → Agent Voice — see Setting up your AI receptionist for the full walkthrough.
