Brand & Mascot Guidelines

The Scheduley mascot is an original illustrated character created for and owned exclusively by Scheduley Inc. It is a distinctive, proprietary creative work and a central element of the Scheduley brand identity.

As an original creative work, the mascot is protected by copyright automatically upon creation under United States and international law — no registration is required for that protection to exist. The Scheduley name, logo, and mascot are also used as trademarks^™ of Scheduley Inc. in commerce.

You may not copy, reproduce, imitate, trace, adapt, recreate, or produce derivative works based on the Scheduley mascot, in whole or in part and in any medium, without prior written permission from Scheduley Inc. This includes, without limitation:

• Reproducing or redrawing the mascot, or any recognizable part of it
• Creating a character that is confusingly similar in look, style, or feel
• Using the mascot in your own products, marketing, or branding
• Generating imitations of the mascot with AI tools or other means
• Modifying, recoloring, or restyling the mascot and presenting it as your own

Unauthorized use of the Scheduley mascot is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the maximum extent permitted by law, including all remedies available for copyright infringement and unfair competition.
